Letter from the Principal - Brad Toole
Dear Parents,
Congratulations to Lilah, William and Brycen who represented the Diocese at the Polding Athletics Carnival in Newcastle last week. There were some outstanding performances on the day. Special mention to William who placed 4th in the Shot Put and won the Silver Medal in the Discus. Lilah won a Bronze Medal in the senior girls discus. Brycen had two top ten finishes competing against boys that were a year older than him in the Junior Boys age group. William and Lilah have now qualified to represent Polding at the State NSWPSSA Championships to be held in Sydney early in Term 4.
Summer Uniform Transition
As the days are starting to warm up, we will transition to summer uniform starting next week, week 10.
Students may come in either full summer uniform or full winter uniform, not a combination of both. If students choose to wear summer uniform they may still wear a school jumper.
Sun Safety - Hat Reminder
A reminder to all parents to ensure that their child has packed their hat in their bag every day. The ‘No Hat, Shade Play’ rule is enforced and children will not be allowed to play outside in the sun if they don’t have a hat on. Please help us to ensure that sun safety procedures are being followed at our school.
