I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful summer break. Hopefully the students are relaxed and ready to start an exciting new school year. It has been a really positive start to the year and the staff welcome and value your positive energy and support in the education of your children.

In 2023, we welcomed Laura Clift, Sarah Buckley, Bridie Mulligan and Emily Norris to the staff at All Hallows. We also welcome back Amanda MacLean and Lucinda Stokes from their maternity leave. All six staff have been welcome additions into the school and we look forward to working with them this year. 

On the first day I explained to the children that I wanted to see three things from them this year;

• Be Kind 
• Try Your Best = Work Hard
• Bring a Positive Attitude Each Day

If we can ingrain these three qualities into our students, they will thrive as members of our school community.

I’m extremely excited to welcome 19 new kinder students to the school tomorrow. There is an air of excitement and anticipation in the hope of what a new year brings. We hope that throughout 2023 we are able to continue to come together more frequently as a school community. 

The children will notice a large amount of work was completed over the holiday period. We had tree removal and planning, gardens finished, carpets in the primary school, painting in some classrooms, tv’s installed in all rooms. My sincere appreciation to all parents and staff that assisted throughout the holidays. I really appreciate your efforts!!

Our past experience tells us that young people receive the most from their education when parents, families and teachers work as a team. To our parents, your enthusiasm, support and involvement are paramount to the success of our school along with the skills and dedication of our staff. Together, we can support one another to provide a safe, connected learning environment and celebrate our achievements along the way.
